My Success is Your Success!
My motivation for professional success is to ensure your professional success. If I can help someone achieve their goals, then I have done my job. That is why in today’s uncertain economic climate, it is important to be creative, resourceful and smart about business practices. These are all exceptional qualities I bring to any team.
My country of origin is Jamaica where I lived for 14 years prior to moving to the United States. I now live in Raleigh, North Carolina. I graduated with a BS in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University (NCSU) in 2001. During my academic career at NCSU, I worked with companies like Jetstream Communications, a Voice-over-IP (VoIP) & telecommunications company, then IBM with their Network Hardware Development (NHD) group and later their Mass Storage System (MSS) group.
By May 2004, I followed another passion of mine. I obtained my North Carolina Real Estate license. My certifications include Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Short Sales/Foreclosure Specialist. My primary real estate practice includes residential sales (buying and selling), contract writing and negotiations, prospecting and customer service.
In 2007, along with Keller Williams, I started and managed my own real estate practice, Cross American Real Estate Services, LLC or CARES, as Broker-in-Charge. The principle behind CARES was that I care about where my homebuyers live and do business. I remained with Keller Williams until 2011.
From my real estate career I was developed abilities in agency practices, contract compliancy, contract-to-close procedures, conflict management, and record retention. I am able to provide reliable real estate service as a closing coordinator, administration/management, or real estate consultant.
Since July 2009, I entered into Staffing/Recruitment. As a Recruiter, one of my many responsibilities is to place talented people with great companies.
My goals are to continue applying methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma as well as to pursuing other opportunities in General Accounting/Payroll, Office Management, Human Resources, and Project Management.
Allow me the opportunity to continue your success.
